We break each project into clear stages, allowing you to understand what is happening and what comes next.
Initial Brief & Concept Design
We begin by understanding your home, your priorities and what you are looking to achieve. This stage is about exploring potential, identifying constraints and establishing a clear and realistic brief. We develop design options that test different ways of arranging space, light and layout, refining them through discussion as the design evolves.
Planning & Design Development
We prepare and manage planning applications, including Listed Building Consent where required. We work with specialist consultants where needed and liaise with the local authority to guide the application through to a decision, ensuring the proposal is robust, considered and appropriate to its setting.
Technical Design & Construction
Once approved, we develop detailed drawings and information required for construction, coordinating input from structural engineers and other consultants.
We manage the Building Regulations process and assist with tendering and contractor selection. During construction, we can act as contract administrator, carrying out site visits and ensuring the work is delivered in line with the agreed design.
Our role is to guide the process from start to finish, helping you navigate each stage with clarity and confidence while ensuring the design is delivered as intended.
